This Parsons design studio investigated opportunities for product design, production, and distribution in localized contexts, with emphasis on low-volume production and the use of appropriate making strategies. Using short-run trial implementation, students completed hands-on project-based work in an iterative process and with a strong engagement with manufacturing.
